The Island Sound Summit

Our highly anticipated company party, The Island Sound Summit, is approaching!

Every January or February, our DJs come from near and far to connect where it all began. There's fellowship, dancing, meetings, a photo shoot, and great conversation.

In short, being a part of Island Sound means dedication: to the company, our clients, and standards of excellence. For the majority of our DJs, the company summit is the only time in the year where they interact with other employees. Week-in and week-out, they operate solo, celebrating life's special moments.

We believe that it is important to come together as a team, share stories, and enjoy the company of friends and family.

My personal favorite part of each year is getting to know our staff better. I feel that once we can spend time together as friends, we work together better as a team.
