Justin was so professional and helpful throughout the planning process and especially on the day of the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. We had an island theme for our rehearsal dinner and the DJs wore island shirts and played the perfect music to fit the occasion. For our wedding, it was more formal, so Justin wore a nice suit to fit in with all the guests. He announced the wedding party and made sure everyone’s name was pronounced correctly. He played the perfect mix of songs just like we asked, from oldies all the way to hip-hop. He even got out on the dance floor to lead us in the Cupid Shuffle! Everyone had such a great time and enjoyed the party. We would highly recommend using Island Sound for any party or special occasion and especially for your wedding. Allison & Chuck Wedding Date: "I can not express how happy we are that Island Sound was suggested to us by our lovely wedding planner, Terrica Skaggs with Fabuluxe Events. When first discussing the subject of reception music, Chuck and I both were uneasy about finding a DJ that would understand our love for music and how we envisioned our wedding reception to flow. At one point during the planning process, we were potentially going to be using our personal libraries of music. Terrica suggested that we talk to Justin with Island Sound and see what we thought. She reminded us that the DJ served two purposes, providing music and the master of ceremonies. Upon my first phone consultation with Justin, all of my worries were dismissed from my thoughts. Justin really got it, he understood how important his role would be at our wedding. He didn't tell us what he was going to provide, he ASKED us what he could to make our wedding reception perfect! Also, another point that made us even more sure that Island Sound was the right one for us, was the fact that their music library is completely digital and they are online even on location so that the words "We don't have that song available" will never be spoken.
